Scope of Services

The Company provides web design and web software development, SEO (search engine optimisation) and digital marketing services. The scope, duration and fee of each service are defined separately in the proposal, contract or order confirmation agreed between the parties.

Web design services may be offered as monthly or yearly subscription plans. Plan contents (number of pages, hosting, SSL, support hours, etc.) are stated on the relevant service page; requests exceeding the plan scope are subject to additional fees.

SEO results depend on factors beyond the Company’s control, such as the current state of the site, competition and search engine algorithms. The Company commits to following best practices but does not guarantee specific rankings.

Payment and Renewal

Subscription fees are collected in advance according to the selected payment period (monthly/yearly). Prices do not include VAT.

For overdue payments, the Company reserves the right to suspend the service. For services involving third-party costs such as hosting and domains, suspension may result in the site going offline.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos and trademarks on this website belong to the Company or its licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant contract, usage rights of custom designs and content produced in client projects pass to the client upon full payment. The Company retains its rights over general-purpose tools, libraries and infrastructure components used in development.

The Company reserves the right to showcase completed projects as references in its portfolio; clients may request otherwise in writing.

Responsibilities of the Parties

The client is responsible for providing project content, visuals and information on time and for ensuring they do not infringe third-party rights. Legal responsibility arising from content provided by the client belongs to the client.

The Company provides services with due care and in line with industry standards, but cannot be held responsible for outages and changes caused by internet infrastructure, hosting providers, search engines and other third-party services.

In any case, the Company’s total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service in the last 12 months; no liability is accepted for indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data, etc.).

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Anadolu) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over any disputes.
